Where we ship

Organic Blank currently ships within the United States.

Processing time

Blank (non-personalized) orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days.

Personalized or custom-printed orders require additional production time and are typically ready to ship within 10–15 business days, as each item is made specifically for you.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are [3–7] business days after processing, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. For personalized orders, this transit time is in addition to the 10–15 business day production time noted above. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

Organic Blank is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us at info@organicblank.com within [7] days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
