Yes — every product on this store is decorated to order with your logo or artwork. We offer three core methods: screen printing, embroidery and DTF. DTG, sublimation, UV printing, laser engraving, private-label relabeling and retail finishing are available on request. These garments are not sold blank; customization is included in every order. 2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum depends on the decoration method: 50 units for screen printing , and 10 units for embroidery and DTF . You can mix sizes and colors within the same garment model to reach the minimum. If your quantity is below 50, DTF is usually the most cost-effective option since it has no setup fee and no color limits.

3. How long does production and delivery take?

Production takes 10–15 business days after you approve the digital mock-up , for all three decoration methods. Transit time is additional and depends on your delivery address. All estimates are approximate. Orders are decorated and shipped domestically, so there are no customs delays. Large orders and peak season may extend these timelines.

4. Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We can produce samples so you can check garment quality and decoration before committing to a full run. Samples are limited to one unit per color and size , and limitations apply depending on the item and method. Sample pricing is higher per unit. Note that orders of 5 units or fewer are treated as sample orders and are not eligible for return .

5. Do you offer bulk discounts for wholesale orders?

Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically: 12% off at 50+ units, 18% at 100+, and 24% at 250+ . For orders above 500 units we quote custom pricing. Discounts apply to the garment; decoration is quoted separately based on method, color count or stitch count, and print size. Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. 6. Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?

We ship within the United States only , from our facility in California. Because inventory is held domestically, there are no customs delays, no import charges and no transatlantic wait. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and you'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

7. What artwork files do you need?

Vector files — AI, EPS or PDF with fonts converted to outlines — give the best results and are required for embroidery. We also accept PNG or JPG at 300 dpi minimum at final print size for screen printing and DTF. Specify Pantone (PMS) references for colors you need matched; we don't work from RGB. We review artwork before quoting at no charge.

8. Can I return a customized order?

Personalized items are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded , unless they arrive defective, damaged, or decorated differently from the mock-up you approved.
